Stephen Granovsky
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Granovsky established Luxury Men’s Apparel Group (LMAG), a Grano portfolio company, in 2010 with the acquisition of Montreal-based Samuelsohn, followed quickly by acquisitions of Hickey Freeman in Rochester, New York and Culturata Roma, headquartered in Toronto. Since the initial acquisition, LMAG has grown almost fivefold and is currently the largest manufacturer of luxury tailored clothing in North America.
Until 2007, Granovsky was a Principal & President of Karabus Management Inc., one of North America’s leading retail consulting firms. Granovsky is the founder of Kids Autism Network. He holds an MBA/LLB from York University.
Alan Abramowicz
President & Chief Operating Officer
Alan Abramowicz, a seasoned executive having spent over 25 years in the fashion industry, has successfully restructured operations at Samuelsohn and Hickey Freeman, introducing advanced precision technologies and putting in place a world-class senior management team to oversee all aspects of luxury craftsmanship. Previously, he held the positions of COO, CFO and Corporate Counsel for leading domestic clothing manufacturing and import companies including Tommy Hilfiger. Additionally, he worked in acquisitions for the public company Domtar and managed the real estate operations of Rosdev.
Abramowicz holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Commerce, and degrees in Civil and Common law from McGill University.
